报名规则

REGISTER

规定时间内在指定渠道进行报名，以缴纳报名费为确认报名成功。

Please register the 2017 Powerman Beijing in appointed ways, and registration is confirmed by payment.

1. 报名时间：

2017年3月10日——4月25日

早鸟时间：2017年3月10日——3月31日

2.Register ways:

2.1.Powerman China official website: www.powermanchina.cn

2.2.Follow the Wechat Official Account: beironman, then enter the shop.

3. 填写报名表：

3.1. 请如实正确填写资料，如因资料失实所造成的后果，组委会不承担任何责任。

3.2. 按照规定选择参加组别，每名选手在比赛赛程中，只能报名一个组别的比赛。

3.Fill in the register information:
3.1.Please fill in the accurate information completely, if any problems occurs due to incorrect information filled in, the event producer would not take any responsibility.
3.2.Please select your category carefully, as each participant could only enter one category in one event.

4. 缴纳报名费

4.1. 报名费：

4.2. 每人只能报名一个组别的比赛。

4.3. 早鸟价时间为3月10日——3月31日

4.4. 接力组每队为2-3人，不区分年龄和性别，每队只收取一次报名费。

4.5. 参赛选手须年满十八周岁。

4.Pay the entry fee
4.1.Entry fee:
Elite: $110/Person as the normal price; $77/Person as the early bird;
Classic Individual: $90/Person as the normal price; $63 as the early bird;
Classic Relay: $150/Team as the normal price; $105 as the early bird;
Short Individual: $60/Person as the normal price; $42 as the early bird;
Short Relay: $80/Team as the normal price; $56/Team as the early bird.
4.2.One can only register for only one category in each Powerman event.
4.3.Early Bird is on March 10th – March 31st.
4.4.The team in the relay categories could contain 2 or 3 participants, no limits for gender, and participants should pay the entry fee as 1 team.
4.5.All participants must be 18 years old or older by May 13th, 2017.

5. 确认报名（非常重要）

报名成功后，Powerman中国的工作人员将在三个工作日内以短信形式告知。在全部报名结束后，我们会再次给全部参赛者发送确认短信（包含报名信息）以及邮件（包含告知事项与赛前约定、参赛指南等赛事相关信息）。请保持手机开机并保证电子邮件接收。

5.Confirm Registration (Very Important)
After a register is confirmed, Powerman China staff will inform the participant by text message, please keep your cellphone on and check the mail box. After the register ended, we will send an informing message (including your register information) and an email (including a Permission to the Organizer and race brief).

6. 退赛退费

如报名缴费成功后，需退赛退费，请联系我们。

请您须知：

自2017年3月10日至2017年3月31日期间，如申请退赛退费，我们将退还您报名时缴纳费用的80%。

自2017年4月1日至2017年4月25日期间，如申请退赛退费，我们将退还您报名时缴纳费用的50%。

自2017年4月26日起，我们不再受理退赛退费业务。

6.Withdraw & Refunds
Please contact us in the ways mentioned in 7.7.3 if you wish to withdraw and get a refund.
Please acknowledge:
You could get a 80% of your entry fee refund if you apply for it by March 10th to March 31st;
You could get a 50% of your entry fee refund if you apply for it by April 1st to April 25th.
No withdraw and refund application is accepted by April 26th 2017.

7. 其他

7.1. 现场不设报名，请所有参与的比赛的选手在报名截止时间前完成报名。

7.2. 参加比赛的计时器押金为200元/个，每个项目计时器单独缴费，请务必带够相应押金，其他物品一律不作抵押。

7.Others
7.1.One could only register the 2017 Powerman Beijing through the appointed ways by March 10th to April 25th, and no register is accepted by the race day.
7.2.When getting the race pack, participants should pay a ¥200 deposit for the timing chip, please make sure that participant have brought enough cash, the event producer won’t accept other property as deposit.
