由上海户外联盟ShanghaiOutdoor Union打造的首届长三角户外挑战赛，将于5月18 日在环境优美的上海松江举办。

全程8至10公里，设置5个关卡，涵盖越野跑、横渡、划桨、速降、定向等户外运动项目。是户外，是探索，等你来挑战！

The first outdoor challenge of the Yangtze River Delta created by Shanghai Outdoor Union will be held in beautiful Songjiang, Shanghai on May 18th.
The total challenge is about 8 to 10 kilometers, with 5 difficult points set up, covering cross-country race, zip line water crossing, paddling or kayaking,rope speed dropping, orienting and other outdoor sports. It is outdoor, it is exploration, waiting for your challenge. You will have fun!

参赛规则：

1.三人组队（一名异性）；
2.参赛年龄18-55岁；
3.全队按照行进地图，依次完成挑战；
4.分批出发 9:00,10:00,11:00,12:00,请各批次提前二十分钟检录领取装备；
5.需在关门时间内完成所有项目（闭幕式颁奖时间 15:00）；
6.最终成绩需积分卡（任务过关盖章需三人同时到达且完成任务）及芯片（起止计时） 同时有效。
7.参赛队员需按裁判要求完成任务，遵守秩序和规则，文明参赛。
THE RULES AND REGULATIONS
1.The size of each team shall be three with one opposite sex
2.The age of participants shall be between 18 and 55
3.Each team needs to complete all the items on the routing map one by one
4.The entrants will be divided into 4 batches with four different Start Time that is 9:00, 10:00, 11:00 and 12:00. Do pay attention to yours.
5.Each team will have 2 and a half race time forthe whole competition. And the award ceremony will be at 15:00.
6.The final score is calculated by both of the point cards and the time chip. 3 members of each team must sigh in at the same time at the same station of each events that they can get a stamp of approval.
7.Competitor must accept referees decisions, competition rules and regulations. And keep good sportsmanship.

1. 报名费用：897元/队（299元/人）
2. 填写报名表，并支付报名费用，审核通过后报名成功；

2.Fill in the registration form, and pay for the registration fee, and You will registrate successfully after approval.
费用包含：
1.参赛队员可获得定制T恤等参赛纪念品
2.指定区域赛道补给；
3.划桨、速降、横渡所需的技术装备；
4.赛事意外险；
5.赛事安全保障；
6.巴士接送。

1.Participants can get competition souvenirs, like customized T-shirts, etc.

接驳巴士：

完赛奖励：
1.赛事将采用积分制，完赛获得赛事积分；
2.前三名将获得奖杯及奖品；
3.完赛战队可获得首届户外挑战赛完赛奖牌；
COMPETITION AWARD
1.The competition will adopts point system, one can obtain competition points after finishing the competition.
2.The top 3 will get cups and prizes.
3.Team finish the competition can get the medal of the first outdoor challenge.
