二、竞赛组别（Categories）

精英组：

1. 凡是参加精英组比赛的运动员禁止在同一赛历年中作为年龄组运动员参加Powerman比赛，否则将受到取消比赛资格甚至停赛的处罚，其因此获取的世锦赛参赛资格也将被取消。

2. 如希望成为POWERMAN精英组KOL选手，请下载《POWERMAN精英组KOL选手申请表》，并将填写好的表格发送至邮箱：info@powermanchina.cn。Powerman中国的工作人员将在三个工作日内进行审核并以电话或邮件的形式告知申请结果。审核通过后，我们将为精英组KOL选手提供5月13日的住宿一晚。

3. 获得精英组大中华籍（包括中国大陆、香港、澳门、台湾地区）名次第一的男、女选手，将免费获得2018马来西亚POWERMAN亚洲锦标赛参赛资格及往返交通、住宿接待。

4. 精英组成绩纳入Powerman全球积分体系。2017 Powerman 北京站赛事等级为积分赛。

ELITE:
1.Those who has registered in the elite category are forbidden to register in the age group of other Powerman events in the same race year (a race year ends with the Powerman Zofingen Championship). If one have done so, he/she would receive a punishment of disqualification or even banned from other Powerman events, the qualification to Powerman World Championship if the participant gained from the race would also be cancelled.
2.In case of the will to apply for the Powerman Elite KOL, please download and fill in the Powerman Elite KOL Application Form and send it to: info@powermanchina.cn. Powerman China staff will verify the form in three work days and inform the participant his/her result by phone or by mail. Powerman China will offer the elite KOL one night’s accommodation on May 13th.
3.Chinese Athletes who lead in the men’s and women’s elite will be awarded the entry ticket for the 2018 Powerman Asian Championship in Malaysia. The organizing committee will be responsible for the two winners’ round-trip tickets, accommodation and registration fee.
4.Results of the elite category will be recorded to the Powerman world ranking system. 2017 Powerman Beijing is an International Points Race.

年龄分组：

参赛选手须在比赛当日年满18周岁。年龄分组划分参考日期为当年12月31日。

男子年龄组：18-24/25-29/30-34/35-39/40-44/45-49/50-59/60以上

女子年龄组：18-24/25-29/30-34/35-39/40-44/45-49/50-54/55以上

获得各年龄组前三名的参赛选手将得到2017祖芬根POWERMAN世界锦标赛的VIP报名资格，同时享有最优的报名价格。

AGE GROUPS:
Participants must be 18 years old or older by May 13th 2017. And age groups in the event are calculated by December 31st.
Age group for male: 18-24/25-29/30-34/35-39/40-44/45-49/50-59/60 & up
Age group for female: 18-24/25-29/30-34/35-39/40-44/45-49/50-54/55 & up
Those who rank top 3 in all age groups could get a VIP register qualification to 2017 Powerman Zofingen World Championships with an entry fee discount.

接力组：

两人或三人组队报名，不区分年龄和性别，只需缴纳一次报名费。

RELAY CATEGORIES:
Participants must be 18 years old or older by May 13th 2017.
A team registered and paid must contain 2 or 3 participants, no gender limit.

三、积分体系（POWERMAN RANKING SYSTEM）

POWERMAN世界积分体系是一套涵盖全球POWERMAN赛事成绩积分的滚动积分系统，积分系统记录了运动员在过去的12个月中所参加POWERMAN赛事取得的累计积分，每场赛事之后积分都会进行更新。年度积分排名则由祖芬根POWERMAN世界锦标赛后的积分成绩决定。

• POWERMAN积分规则只适用于精英组选手。
• POWERMAN世界积分排名统计方式为滚动统计。
• 积分显示过去12个自然月中参赛获得的累计积分。
• 不同年度的同场比赛取得的积分仅纳入积分排名一次。
• 每场赛事之后积分排名均会更新。
• 年度世界排名由POWERMAN祖芬根世界锦标赛后的积分成绩决定。

The Powerman Ranking System is based on a number of duathlon races around the world and is on a rolling basis over the last 12 months. The athletes gather points per race which are summed into an overall evaluation. The overall standings are being updated after each race. The last race of the series is the Powerman World Championships in Zofingen.
Powerman Ranking System is only works for elite category.
Points of all races in the last 12 months are cumulated.
The same race can count only once for the ranking.
After each race the ranking will be updated.
The result of the Powerman World Series of one year is the standing after the Powerman World Championships (Zofingen-Switzerland).

四、签到（RACE PACK COLLECTION）

1. 签到时间：5月13日 9:00-16:00
2. 签到地点：北京市通州区 运河文化广场
3. 签到凭证：
签到时必须携带本人已签署的“POWERMAN赛事——告知事项与赛前约定”（可点此下载），同时须凭有效身份证件或报名成功回执签到。
有效身份证件：大陆居民身份证、港澳通行证、台胞证、护照、军官证等有效证件。
报名成功回执：报名成功后，在签到时向工作人员展示网站内本人的二维码【www.powermanchina.cn——个人中心——我的二维码】。
4. 签到时领取参赛套包，其中包括：号码布1张、自行车号码贴纸1张、头盔号码贴纸3张、计时芯片1个、手环1个、技术手册、参赛纪念品及赠品。
5. 如遭遇恶劣天气，请提前到场签到或听取通知。

2.Certificate Needed For Race Pack Collection
When getting the race pack, participants need to bring a copy of Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks & Release and Indemnity Agreement (press here to download) with his/her signature on, and his/her valid ID used for registration or the receipt for register confirmation.
Valid ID includes: Chinese certificate of identification, Hong Kong-Macau laissez-passer, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, passport, certificate of officers in term of validity.
Receipt for register confirmation: A unique QR code for participant get on PMC website (www.powermanchina.cn – Personal Centre – My QR Code).
3.The race pack concludes: 1 race bib, 1 bike seat post sticker, 3 helmet stickers, 1 timing chip, 1 wristband, event manual, gifts and souvenir.
4.If bad weather occurs, please get your race pack earlier or follow the notice.

五、技术会议（RACE BRIEFING）

时间：5月13 日 11:30-12:00 / 13:00-13:30/16:00-16:30

地点：北京市通州区 运河文化广场

所有运动员都必须参加赛前技术会议，出于赛事安全考虑，未参加技术会议的运动员将被取消参赛资格，报名费用不予退还。

Time: 11:30-12:00 / 13:00-13:30 / 16:00-16:30, May 13th.
Location: Canal Cultural Square of Grand Canal Forest Park, Tongzhou, Beijing
All participants must join one race briefing or get disqualified without any refund in consider for race security.

六、换项区（TRANSITION AREA）

开放时间：5月13日 12:30-20:00

5月14日 5:00-7:15

取车时间：5月14日 15:00-17:00

参赛选手将自行车及参赛装备存入换项区之前自行车座管贴纸及头盔贴纸应粘贴在指定位置，选手应佩戴号码布及手环。裁判员及工作人员将对进入换项区的选手及装备进行检查。除参赛选手，其他人不得进入换项区。

Open time: 12:30-20:00, May 13th;
5:30-7:00, May 14th.
Reopen time: 15:30-17:00, May 14th.

The bike seat post sticker and the helmet stickers must be stuck onto appointed positions before the participant store his/her bike and gears. Participants should wear the wristband and race bib when entering the transition area. Referee and staff will check the bike and gears of the participants entering the transition area. No one other than the participants wearing the wristband is allowed into the transition area.
